Ring Size Finder
Measure an existing ring on your screen, or measure your finger with a strip of paper, and convert between US, UK, European and Japanese ring sizes.
Three ways to find your ring size
- Measure a ring on screen. Calibrate once, place a ring on the circle above and resize until it matches the inside edge.
- Measure your finger. Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure it with the online ruler, and type the length in mm above.
- Print a ring sizer. Use our printable ring sizer with a pull-through strip and size circles.

FAQ
How do I find my ring size at home?
Calibrate this page, place a ring that fits on the screen, and resize the circle until it matches the inside edge of the ring. The page shows your US, UK, EU and Japanese size. You can also print the ring sizer strip and wrap it around your finger.
What is the most common ring size?
For women, US sizes 6 to 7 are most common. For men, US sizes 9 to 10 are most common.
Should I measure the inside or outside of the ring?
Always the inside diameter. Match the circle to the inner edge of the band, not the outer edge.
What if I'm between two sizes?
Choose the larger size, especially for wide bands (over 6 mm), which fit tighter. Fingers are also slightly larger in the evening and when warm.
